How does an energy saver switch work?

The guest inserts the card to power the room; when they remove it, the power is cut. Most energy saver switches have a time delay (10–30 seconds on the switches up to 16 A).

What do the DND units do?

The internal command units have room cleaning and ‘do not disturb’ options (one of them also ‘please wait’). Depending on the model, the external indicator units have room number, room cleaning, ‘do not disturb’, ‘please wait’ and doorbell. All have different LED colours for DND and Clean up.

Are the buttons visible in the dark?

Yes, on the touch screen lighting switches with 1 to 4 commands and with a master switch: the backlighting makes the buttons visible even in the dark and switches off automatically during the day. The dimmer switches have an indicator with LED backlighting.

Can I control curtains and air conditioning?

Yes: there are touch switches for one or two curtain motors, wireless remote controls for lights, dimmer and curtains or for air conditioning, and a programmable electric thermostat.

What are their dimensions?

The touch switches, the thermostat and the DND units measure 86 × 86 × 46 mm.

Do they connect to software?

The wireless on‑line energy saver switch transmits guest and staff presence to the software in real time and displays the room temperature.
