Can the cards carry the hotel’s logo?

Yes. Magnetic and RFID cards are printed to your artwork, in up to 4+4 colours.

How thick are the cards?

Magnetic and RFID cards have a standard card thickness of 0.76 mm.

Magnetic or RFID card?

It depends on the lock. Among TESA locks, the Donna Magnetic Stripe uses magnetic stripe, the Donna Dual and Spy Design Dual use magnetic stripe and RFID, while the i and Spy series and the Donna Proximity use RFID cards.

What happens if a guest loses their card?

On the Donna Magnetic Stripe, lost cards can be cancelled easily and securely; the i‑volution also offers easy card cancellation.
