PIN access, no reception needed

The i‑max with Keypad electronic lock is an extension of the TESA Hotel i‑max and a perfect solution for any property without a reception. It gives guests immediate access to their room with a personalised PIN, without staff having to be there around the clock.

As well as the keypad, the i‑max with Keypad accepts RFID cards and opens via smartphone with the Openow app.

  • Opening with a PIN: the system can automatically email the guest the room PIN code. The code can expire automatically at check‑out
  • Opening with a smartphone: the TESA Hotel software can automatically send guests or staff a virtual key for rooms or common areas, via the Openow app and Bluetooth
  • Self‑programming via the keypad: the simplest and most cost-effective management solution without software, for small hotels. Registration and cancellation of up to 500 proximity cards and up to 100 PIN codes (4–6 digits)
  • Extremely durable locking mechanism (category of use: grade 4)
